| Lake Ontario Waterkeeper Lake Ontario Waterkeeper is based in Toronto, Ontario. It launched in 2001 under the leadership of Waterkeeper & President Mark Mattson. The LOW conducts academic, legal, and field research. The organization aids communities struggling to use environmental laws to protect their rights. LOW mentors law students, using the Clean Water Workshop to inform their justice work. As well, LOW educates the public about threats to clean water and opportunities to make wise, informed decisions for the future. |
